Shipping

No one likes to pay shipping. I myself am a frequent internet shopper and appreciate free shipping incentives and low-cost shipping options. Therefore, The Craft's Meow is pleased to offer weight-based shipping. Please be sure to use the drop down menu to select your shipping method.

Unless otherwise stated during sales events, The Craft's Meow is pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders of $65 or more. 

We offer a discount of $3.00 US on the cost of shipping to other countries on all orders of $65 USD or more (except as otherwise stated during sales events). However, because of the limitations of the shopping cart system, I will have to refund the $3.00 to you.

Tracking information will be included in the email confirming shipment of your order within the United States. At present, tracking is not available for shipping outside of the United States, except to the point of departure from the US. We offer First Class Mail, Priority Mail and International First Class Mail as options in order to save you money on shipping! International shipments are restricted to no more than 4 lbs (~1.8 kilos)

Delivery Times • Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery to Australia, Europe and Canada. Many customers receive their parcels in 7 days. • Unless otherwise announced, we will endeavor to ship all In-stock items within two business day, meaning Monday through Friday and not including US holidays. However, if your order contains backordered items, your entire order will ship when the backordered items are received. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns/Cancellations The Craft's Meow is pleased to accept any unopened, unused merchandise for a full refund. Just send an email to thecraftsmeow@gmail.com to make arrangements for return. Refunds will be issued through Paypal. Unfortunately, I cannot refund shipping costs. If the order qualified for free shipping, then the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  

Customs - It is likely that if you are ordering from overseas that your country may have a system for charging customs/duty for goods that you are buying/importing from overseas or across the border. Please be mindful of this if you are ordering from overseas or across the border as I must fill out Customs forms truthfully. The Craft's Meow will not be responsible for payment of any customs/duty fees.
