Ordering Information

Our ordering process is as follows:

1. Order is placed at the store and paid through Paypal - you do not have to have a Paypal account; the Paypal system will accept your credit card. Note: The Craft's Meow never has access to your credit card information.
   
2. Instant order confirmation email is sent to the email address supplied by customer
3. Order is processed usually within two business days
   
4. Shipping confirmation email is sent after the order has been shipped
   
5. Order is complete
   

When you order from The Craft's Meow, you should receive an instantaneous email from us - this is an Order Confirmation email  from step 2. above.

• The order confirmation email carries important information, including an itemization of the product(s) ordered and an order number, which will be useful if you need to contact us about your order.
  

• The order confirmation email also contains information regarding payment.

If you don't receive an order confirmation you should 

• check your spam filter.
  

• consider whether you have an approval scheme in your email program that will not allow incoming emails from unapproved senders. Please be aware that if you have not ordered from The Craft's Meow before that our order confirmation email may be rejected. To ensure delivery of our emails, you might wish to add our email address thecraftsmeow@gmail.com to your list of approved senders.

If you have not received an order confirmation or a shipping confirmation, and it's not a spam filter problem, then it is most likely that the order has not gone through properly, in which case you should email us at thecraftsmeow@gmail.com so that we can check into it for you!
